Biomedical Engineer · Paris, FR
I work where quality systems meet data — building the dashboards, processes and supplier-quality engineering that keep medical devices compliant, measurable and continuously improving.
Supplier qualification, SCAR & quality-agreement management, ISO 9001 auditing and EU MDR 2017/745 — keeping medical-device supply chains audit-ready.
Power BI dashboards, DAX measures and star-schema models on top of SAP BusinessObjects, SharePoint and SQL — turning supplier data into decisions.
PPAP / APQP / PVV, new-product industrialization and continuous-improvement programs — bringing devices from prototype to compliant mass production.
I'm a Biomedical Engineer with a background in operations and a strong drive for continuous improvement, efficiency and quality systems. I'm curious and adaptable — I enjoy learning and exploring new approaches to create better processes and sustainable results.
I'm especially drawn to challenges in the medical-device and pharmaceutical world, and increasingly to the data and AI side of quality: risk scoring, non-conformity pattern analysis and the analytics that make supplier performance visible. I bring teamwork, precision and resilience into everything I do.
Currently based in Paris after relocating from the Agordo plant in Italy, I'm part of EssilorLuxottica's two-year Operations Talent Program.
Automation & AI
An end-to-end automated workflow for supplier quality-issue resolution, built on SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Power BI. Orchestrated flows cover the full SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) lifecycle — from issue logging and supplier notification to corrective-action tracking, closure and live KPI reporting — cutting manual handling and accelerating resolution times.
Data & Analytics
Design and implementation of a global supplier-quality dashboard in Power BI — real-time insight into supplier performance, quality metrics and KPIs to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement. Serving 150 weekly users across regions.
Medical Devices
Strategic role in industrializing an affordable AI-based vision screener — overseeing the transition from prototype to mass production, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating across functions to bring a high-quality device to market.
Master Scuba Diver & Free Diver, with a sailboat licence. The ocean is where engineering meets calm.
Running, cycling and skiing — currently training for a half marathon and a HYROX competition.
A long-standing interest in markets, investing and the discipline behind sustainable decisions.
Curious about how systems and societies work — the macro context behind the micro decisions.
